Photographing this family was very special experience for me. They are my dear friends. I have known Jen since I was a teenager and she has always been an inspiration to me. She is a bright, compassionate, courageous woman.

The skies have been pretty overcast and gloomy lately, but we made it work beautifully! I love the pop of yellow/gold! Also, when in doubt, always go with goldish tones! They look good in any season!
