Hi Friends!

As you all probably know, I’ve been quiet around here…gardening, reading, resting, cooking, mom’ing- and HEALING. More on that later…but, I’ve reduced my workload a ton in recent weeks and it has been immeasurably helpful to the soul to have time to relax and sit in our incredible garden.

The Jani family featured in this post were one of very few clients I’ve taken on in recent weeks. I adore this lively clan. We went to our session about an hour and a half before sundown. The sunlight was a tad harsh and the spring greens were brighter than usual. Overall, I think the color in a Texa’ early spring session are both cheerful and serene. I always encourage grandparents to join in on the sessions…aunts & uncles, too! After all, these are lovely keepsakes for future generations.
