I’m pretty behind these days in just about everything to do with my little corner of the great world wide web. I’m hoping to catch up and share all the many gorgeous galleries of this past summer. You guys, so many incredible galleries to share and I’m oozing with excitement!

Y’all know how much I love capturing families on film. This session was shot using 120 Contax, portra 400 film stock. The tones are creamy, airy, and ethereal.

This sweet family has such a touching story. I still get chills remembering their amazing bond and sense of optimism. Their youngest son was born with a rare congenital heart defect and has already endured more than a handful of open heart surgeries. We bonded over his sweet 9 months of strength, struggle, and survival. One of my best friend’s has a son that was born with the same condition and is now a lively and very active teenager. We cried together about how much hope their is in the world and all we have is the here and now, together, and our love. We had so much fun together.

I’m so grateful for this work…I get to make lasting connections that flourish into amazing friendships!
